02/03/2025 The Committee has expressed its concern to Cricket Australia regarding competing in tournaments where the Afghan men’s cricket is allowed to play overlooking the widespread human rights violations, particularly against women and girls, that persist in Afghanistan. A copy of the correspondence to Cricket Australia is below. The issues was also raised with the Minister for Sport, Ms Anika Wells MP.
